  • The Wild Edge of Sorrow - Francis Weller (Bookshop, Abebooks, Kindle) - Oh how the tears ran down my face while reading this book. I was invited into a deeper understanding of Grief and the truth that true grief makes way for love.

  • Insight Timer (iOS, Android, Website) - In an age of overstimulation, Meditation is a helpful practice to come back to ourselves. I’ve been using this app for years. It’s got tons of free content, as well as guided courses as you begin a meditation practice

  • How We Feel (website) - How we feel is a tool to help us better understand our emotions. Tracking emotions increases one’s ability to articulate what they’re feeling, creates awareness of emotional patterns & triggers, and is the first step towards creating new, healthy ways of emotionally regulating.
