Cost & Insurance

I accept Premera & Lifewise insurance. When you use insurance, a psychiatric diagnosis is placed on your permanent medical record. Paying privately for your services allows you to have your information kept completely private. It also means you’re not limited to a certain number of allowed sessions.

For out-of-pocket clients, Individual 50-min sessions are $140.

Couples therapy 50-min sessions are $175.

I am happy to provide superbills to assist with reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance. Need help navigating your insurance? Click here.

Frequency of Sessions

Consistency is key to making real progress. I work with people on a weekly basis. This consistency fosters a deeper understanding of your concerns, allowing us to work more effectively toward your goals. In this ongoing dialogue, we can navigate challenges, track progress, and adapt strategies as needed. Weekly sessions provide a steady rhythm, creating a space for reflection, growth, and sustained positive change. If you're seeking a more impactful therapeutic experience, the regularity of weekly sessions can be a key factor in unlocking lasting transformation. This regularity allows us to get to the core root of your struggles rather than just maintenance therapy. It is best for us to find a time that is consistent week to week. I hold this hour for you each week.

I require payment for each session, regardless of attendance, to maintain the commitment to our work together. If you need to reschedule, let me know in advance, and we'll do our best to find another time within the same week, though it's not always guaranteed.

And don't worry, if I have to cancel due to a preplanned absence or illness, you won't be charged. Let's keep it simple and focused on your progress.

My office is located in Silverdale, Washington at the north end of the Dyes Inlet. Address: 9307 Bayshore Dr NW, Suite 304, Silverdale, WA 98383.

I also offer Telehealth to all Washington residents.

I hold a Mental Health Counselor Associate License with the state of Washington (MC61288169). I am currently under supervision with Peter Hopkins, LMHC, MA (LH60497645).
