My work with couples is an integrative approach informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). In our sessions, I guide couples through a transformative journey aimed at resolving conflicts and deepening emotional connections.

In our sessions, we'll work with you to explore your unique dynamics and understand the emotions driving your interactions. Incorporating the principles of Nonviolent Communication, I equip couples with practical tools to express themselves authentically and empathetically. Through compassionate listening and speaking from the heart, couples learn to communicate their needs and feelings without blame or judgment. This approach fosters clear and respectful communication, reducing conflict and promoting mutual understanding.

In therapy sessions, couples learn to recognize and break free from negative interaction patterns that lead to disconnection and conflict. Through guided conversations and experiential exercises, they deepen their emotional connection, build trust, and develop effective communication skills.
